Location
The Arrow property is centred 110 kilometres southwest of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
Ownership
The property is comprised of two exploration licences (E47/3476 and E47/3478) covering an area of 377 km² owned by Raiden’s wholly owned subsidiary Pilbara Gold Corporation holds (75 % of both licences).
Exploration Status
Previous exploration at Arrow has consisted of surface sampling (stream sediment, soil, auger and rock) and limited drill programs designed to test a post-orogenic epithermal vein system exposed in the centre of the Peawah Granodiorite on E47/3476.
With the discovery of De Grey’s Hemi gold system has come renewed interest in the district. A recent program of soil and rock sampling and reconnaissance geological mapping across E47/3476 successfully defined extensive areas of outcropping hydrothermal alteration as well as numerous multi-element (Au-As-Sb) soil anomalies.
Highlights
Arrow is located in the Mallina Basin, 32 kilometres along strike southwest of De Grey Mining’s (ASX:DEG) recently-discovered Hemi gold system. Historic and recent exploration at Arrow has defined multi-element geochemical anomalies coincident with small volume intrusions and extensive areas of hydrothermal alteration.

Prospectivity and Geology
Arrow is in the same belt of rocks as Hemi and cut by extensions of the host structures. The licences cover Mesoarchean Mallina Basin rocks and later intrusions. Outcrops include wacke and siltstone of the De Grey Group, layered mafic-ultramafic sills of the Millindinna suite plus the Peawah Granodiorite, Satirist Granite and related late orogenic porphyritic intrusions. Gold mineralisation in the district is associated with small volume intrusions affiliated with the Indee Suite (e.g. the Peawah Granodiorite), district scale shears (e.g. the Wohler Shear Zone) and antiform axes. Roughly 10 kilometres strike of the Wohler Shear Zone transects E47/3476, with synthetic subsidiary structures cutting both tenements. Antiform axes are common in the deformed sedimentary rocks and small volume Indee Suite intrusions are widespread.
PLANNED WORK
Raiden is planning to fly a magnetic survey to improve understanding of the geological framework at Arrow and to help define concealed targets. Geological mapping across soil anomalies and lithostructural targets is planned prior to drilling.
