Michael Davy is an Australian executive and Accountant with 20 years’ experience across a range of industries.
Michael previously held a senior management role in Australia for Songa Offshore (listed Norwegian Oil and Gas drilling company), where he assisted with the start-up of the Australian operations and managed the finance team for a two rig operation with multi-hundred million dollar revenues. Prior to that he worked in Australia and London for other large organisations overseeing various finance functions.
Michael has been closely involved in a number of private businesses, consistently recognising opportunity early and helping shape it into commercial success. During the past five years Michael has held directorships in several ASX listed companies and is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Haranga Resources Ltd (ASX:HAR) and is a non-executive director of Vanadium Resources Ltd (ASX:VR8) and Arcadia Minerals Ltd (ASX:AM7).”
A geologist with over 19 years’ experience in the resource sector. Previous positions spanning across exploration projects; mining operations, investor relations and executive roles in public and private companies.
He has worked in the Americas, Africa, Asia and Europe, and Australia across multiple geological terrains and commodities with a strong background in project generation, a number of which have led to deposit discoveries and resource definitions. He previously held positions with several junior and mid-tier development companies and served on the advisory board of several private companies. He also acted as an advisor and Head of Small-Scale Mining within Barrick Gold Corporations’ Asset Development Group.
Kyla Garic is a Chartered Accountant and Director of Onyx Corporate, with over 18 years experience.
Ms Garic specialises in the ASX markets providing professional services including Financial Reporting (IFRS) and Company Secretarial to a range of industries. Ms Garic has been involved in the recapitalisation of various ASX-listed companies. Garic holds the following qualifications; Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Accounting, Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. Ms Garic is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and NZ and a Fellow of the Governance Institute in Australia.
A graduate of the Royal School of Mines in London, Sean Halpin’s geological career spans some 36 years, both within Australia and overseas in Africa.
His professional experience covers the entire mining value chain from grass-roots exploration, exploration drilling, resource development, open pit and underground mining together with senior corporate technical roles with a number of junior exploration companies. More recently Sean has managed a number of exploration and resource development programs for lithium, gold, base metals and iron ore in the Pilbara and Murchison regions of Western Australia, together with gold exploration in the Gawlor Craton in South Australia. Sean has particular strengths in leadership, safety management and the building of large multi-disciplinary teams, which has resulted in consistent delivery of operational, safety and commercial targets.
